Agios Nikolaos

This beach -adored by lots of visitors- lays on the South side of the island. It consists of sand and pebbles and several trees for shade and relax. There are two tavernas where you can have a meal and the picturesque Church of Agios Nikolaos just a few metres above the little dock.

To get to Agios Nikolaos you depart from the nearby beach of Agkali. You can reach the beach by boat (2-minute journey) or walk a 20-minute path starting at the right extreme of Agkali. For demanding trekkers there is a path starting at Eleimonas, Ano Meria. Descent takes 40 minutes.
